At KISSO Matcha, customer satisfaction is our priority. Since our products are consumable food items, we follow strict hygiene and food safety guidelines.

Returns

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Product leaked during transit
  • Product expired upon delivery

Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Unboxing video (recommended)

Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
